Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Not be altered in any way

• Have all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Merchandise marked "Final Sale"

• Discounted or clearance items

• Special promotional purchases

We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase, as Final Sale transactions are considered complete at the time of sale.

Each custom or made-to-order BENEDETTO garment is individually crafted with exceptional attention to detail and created specifically for the client.

Due to the personalized nature of these garments:

• All custom and made-to-order pieces are Final Sale

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted
